Million More Movement Rally Strikes Unity ThemeThe Mall, in the Nation’s capital, Washington, D.C., was the scene for a huge rally, on Sat., Oct. 15, 2005, entitled the “Million More Movement.” It was a reprise of the “Million Man March,” of ten years ago. This event, which drew a massive crowd, called for justice for the “poor and disenfranchised” in the country. Minister Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam was the primary speaker. |
